Thank you for applying for credentials for the 2024 Cincinnati Open, which will be held Sunday, Aug. 11-Monday, Aug. 19.

• The deadline to submit applications is June 21, 2024.
• Applications must be submitted by an assignment editor or producer using a corporate e-mail address.
• Media outlets who have not previously applied will be required to provide audience/circulation numbers, links to other coverage and assignment letters.
• So we can more quickly process applications, each outlet should have one producer/editor submit the applications on behalf of each staff member who will be assigned to the tournament. Additional applications can be submitted by this producer/editor at any time prior to the application deadline on June 21.

Media credentials are reserved for working journalists only. To be considered for a media credential, you must work for a bona fide news gathering organization that produces and publishes original content. Applications for or related primarily to: (1) documentaries and/or films, (2) books, (3) websites that are fanzines, that do not post original content based on news gathering criteria, and/or that are fan/enthusiast blogs only, will not be accepted.

Freelancers (writers and photographers) must be on assignment for a media outlet to be considered for a credential.

All photographers are required to use professional photography equipment only. Photographers using equipment with the ability to collect or record any video or audio recordings may not collect or record material of any live tennis matches.

The tournament will make the final decision on all credential applications based on available space, scope of coverage, history of tennis coverage and circulation of each media outlet.

If you are approved for a credential, you will receive information on where and when to pick up your credential and parking pass, if requested, and hotel reservation information.
